Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Small onion Finely Chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 nos Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 2 tsbp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsbp Salt
  • 1/2 tsbp Black pepper
  • 1 Cup Ketchup for topping
  • Optional bell peppers,herbs,cheese Chopped and for flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 350℉ (190℃)
  • Mix Ingredients : Mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, milk, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
  • Shape the Meatloaf : Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Add Toppings : Spread a layer of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf for a classic glaze.
  • Bake : Place it in preheated oven for about 50 to 60 minutes
  • rest and Serve : Keep it for 20 minutes before slicing.this will help to retain juices and make it easier to slices.
