- 1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef
- 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Small onion Finely Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic minced
- 1 nos Egg
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 tsbp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsbp Salt
- 1/2 tsbp Black pepper
- 1 Cup Ketchup for topping
- Optional bell peppers,herbs,cheese Chopped and for flavor
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 350℉ (190℃)
- Mix Ingredients : Mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, milk, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
- Shape the Meatloaf : Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
