- 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Prepare the Salmon
- Dry the salmon fillet with paper towels
- Seasons the fillet both sides with salt and pepper.
- Cook the Salmon
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium -high heat
- Place the salmon fillet in the skillet, skin sided down and cook for 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Flip the salmon from the skillet and set aside
- Prepare the garlic butter sauce
- Take a skillet and add butter when the skillet heat properly
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the lemon juice and honey and mix well.
- Combine before serve
- Take the salmon in a bowl or skillet and pour garlic butter sauce over it
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
